Socials are a great way to get to know other Winston parents. There are several to chose from below with more coming. If you'd like to host a social, whether you are a brand new parent or have had a student at Winston for years, we'd love to post your social idea. The hosts of each social cover all the costs themselves and the sign up fees go towards the auction proceeds. You can reserve your spot in any social before the auction by writing a check for the amount of the social and writing the social name in the memo portion of your check. Make the check out to Winston PTO. Drop the check in an envelope in the auction box to the left of the front desk. "Burger, Booze & Brulee"
Come try out the 2009 Texas Monthly "Best Burger in Texas" at one of the most celebrated neighborhood eateries in Dallas for over 35 years. This delicious burger features 10 oz of hand ground meat, homemade peppered bacon, Vermont cheddar, thick tomato slices, dijon mustard and perfectly seasoned pickles all served on a buttery toasted pain au lait bun. "Crafts and Cabernet"
Join us for a lively afternoon and evening of fun crafts, camaraderie, great food and wine. We'll be there from 3-10 p.m. but if your schedule is busy that day, just come when you can. Among the crafts we're making is a fabulous recipe compilation book to make for yourself or give as a gift. We also are making wonderful Easter/Passover/Mother's Day/Birthday cards with Michelle's extensive craft supplies. All supplies are included. No experience is necessary so even if you think you're not creative, that's ok. Come anyway and you'll be amazed with what you take home! We'll have fun prizes and drawings throughout the event and even a surprise you won't want to miss!

"Lower School GattiTown Outing"
Join some of your favorite lower school teachers: Judy Butts, Sarah Plaskoff, Monica Chapman, Web Mudge and Kari LaRue for an outing at the "new" Gatti Town. Gatti Town is located at 11722 Marsh Lane, in the Park Forest Shopping Center at the corner of Marsh and Forest. Included in the 20,000-square-feet-of-fun is an open kitchen and quiet Courtyard Cafe, four private rooms for parties, a cartoon theater and a sports room with giant flat screen TVs. But the complexs crowning glory is a 6,000-square-foot game room like one you always begged your parents for, with multi-level video and interactive games, bumper cars, bowling, and The Frog Hopper ride. The outing will include a special tour, make your own pizzas, GattiTown T-Shirt, and a $20 Midway for each child!
